Kuwait International Aircraft Leasing Company is the Aviation and Airlines division engaged in aircraft leasing, sales and management of aviation assets and consulting.

As a leading Aircraft charter owning and operating fixed and rotary wings aircrafts to primarily cater to VIP customers world-wide, it has established its own subsidiary Gainjet, an International Aviation Company, based in Athens. It provides corporate jet services world-wide and owns wide-body long range Planes to ultra long range corporate jets.

The division also owns and operates Helicopters for off-shore services in the Oil Industry in the Gulf.  It is also a major shareholder in one of the largest corporate Jet Leasing companies in the Europe, viz. Jet Alliance.
